A shot to the liver by Cabran. Beautiful body shot.
Cabran scores with a crisp jab that stopped Wangchuck in his tracks.
Cabran connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Cabran throws an overhand right that lands on Wangchuck's shoulder, as Wangchuck tries to avoid the shot.
Wangchuck's coach down at Tycoon Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wangchuck's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Cabran misses the shot to the body.
Cabran swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Wangchuck drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Cabran defends it well.
Cabran slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Cabran goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

He's turning a lovely shade of purple and yep! He's tapping out! I would say world class Jiu Jitsu but is it really? It was nice but let's not get silly about it.

Lotay Wangchuck decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Cedric Cabran was interviewed post fight and said 'Tangina natalo pa ako langya naman.'.

Bellatoo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kononowicz swivels and escapes.

Bellatoo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kononowicz defends well and Bellatoo ends up having to push Kononowicz into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Krzysztof Kononowicz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cassius Bellatoo.
Kononowicz cracks Bellatoo with a right hand to the side of the head.
Kononowicz works Bellatoo's body with a nice hook.
Kononowicz misses the shot to the body.
Bellatoo on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Kononowicz tries to clinch but Bellatoo moves out of range.
Bellatoo misses with a takedown
and Kononowicz counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Bellatoo looks winded!

Kononowicz feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bellatoo sprawling to the canvas! Bellatoo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kononowicz finish him?!

Bellatoo is rocked!

It looks like Cassius Bellatoo has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kononowicz sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Bellatoo's defenses. It connects perfectly with Bellatoo's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

A pretty intense looking Krzysztof Kononowicz took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
