Silva shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gracie defends it nicely.

Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gracie is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Silva has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Gracie has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Silva taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Gracie doesn't care though - he's delighted!

DeSilva lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chris Steve.
Well DeSilva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
