Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between William Thompson (ranked 6957 p4p, 573 weight class) and Donald O Rourke (ranked 24889 p4p, 622 weight class). Thompson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In the hall of the mountain king trap remix. O Rourke has chosen Big Iron- Marty Robbins as his entrance music. William Thompson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
