Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Kilpatrick (ranked 223 p4p, 35 weight class) and Ispa Mfer (ranked 661 p4p, 90 weight class). Jesse Kilpatrick had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Ispa Mfer has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jesse Kilpatrick's chin.

Mfer pulls Kilpatrick in close to his closed guard and prevents Kilpatrick from doing any damage or advancing position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
