I think Voronov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Noize Mc - Make Destroy . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Spanner lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Spanner swings wildly with an uppercut but Cobra uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cobra jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Spanner walks away with a smile on his face. Cobra gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Spanner leaves Cobra with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
Cobra tries to move into range but Spanner moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Spanner lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Cobra has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Cobra and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Cobra isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Spanner stacks Cobra on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Spanner!
Cobra tries to bench press Spanner off him but Spanner keeps the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Spanner is looking to take a break and control but Cobra is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
