Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Carl Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 10 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Just Whymer!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.

That kick from Whymer tenderised Moore's leg. Moore is trying to keep his angry face on.
Whymer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Moore.
Moore sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Whymer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Moore throws out the jab.
Whymer swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Moore has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Both fighters circling a little - Whymer finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Whymer's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Moore connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Whymer scrambles back to his feet.

Whymer throws a jab but it's blocked by Moore.
Whymer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moore was well out of range. Poor timing from Whymer.
Moore is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Whymer.
Crunch! Moore slams his shin into Whymer's torso.
Whymer looks for the body kick but Moore saw that one coming.
Moore throws out a loose jab but Whymer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Moore throws out a leg kick but Whymer moves out of range and Moore only half commits.
Whymer lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Whymer on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Moore throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Moore throws a hook but Whymer avoids it easily.
Just Whymer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Whymer counters with a nice leg kick.

Moore tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Whymer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Whymer fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Carl Moore has been cut.
Whymer misses with a wild body shot.

Whymer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Whymer tries to land a front kick but Moore steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Whymer cracks Moore with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Moore throws out a loose jab but Whymer uses good head movement to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Whymer! But no joy.
Oh Moore is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A slapping body kick lands there for Whymer.
Moore seems to have got his legs back now.
Whymer keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Moore.
Whymer connects with a solid leg kick.

Whymer is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Carl Moore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Whymer swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Moore tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Whymer is able to avoid easily.
Whymer stuffs the takedown.
Moore steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Whymer. That one must have hurt.

Whymer lands a big right hand that sends Moore crashing to the mat! Whymer stays standing though and waves Moore back to his feet!

Moore bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Whymer tries to bum rush Moore with a series of wild strikes but Moore uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Whymer drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Moore right on the button. Moore goes down! Whymer follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Whymer gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Just Whymer!
An out of breath Just Whymer thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Carl Moore was interviewed post fight and said 'No one likes seeing their opponent's hand raised, but that just means that they were the better man today. My team at 3Band MMA and I will break down this match and make the proper changes for my next camp.'.
