Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lance Mills!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruce Lee!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mills lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively.
Mills avoids the head kick by Lee.
Lee throws a leg kick

and Mills counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Lee wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Mills manages to pass to side control.

Mills is taking a breather. Lee says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Lee is trying to get back to full guard.
Lee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mills. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mills decides to stand up.

Mills changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lee looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Mills controlling the position from side mount.
Mills scores with punches from side control.
Lee dodges the ground and pound from Mills.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Lee is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Mills is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Mills throws some wild stikes that Lee manages to avoid easily.

Mills working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Lee turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Mills off and cradles Lee's limp body as Mills celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Lance Mills!
