Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Clive Burrows (ranked 3504 p4p, 380 weight class) and Nicky Spite (ranked 2858 p4p, 328 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Nicky Spite was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burrows misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Spite.

Burrows drives through with a takedown into Spite's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Spite avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Burrows lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Oh but Spite is tightening it up a little... Burrows has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Burrows reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Burrows taps out! Nice BJJ there by Spite!
