Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Grestch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ricky Ramathorn!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Grestch.
It seemed like Ramathorn was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Grestch shoots in and bounces Ramathorn off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Grestch really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Grestch passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Grestch is looking to take a break and control but Ramathorn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Grestch looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Grestch is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ramathorn is trying to escape and Grestch transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ramathorn is forced to tap! Nice work there by Grestch! Very nice indeed!
