Souza misses with a takedown attempt
and Castro counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Castro fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Souza.
Castro scores with a nice head shot.
Castro circles away from the clinch attempt
and Castro counters with a nice uppercut.
Castro has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Brotherhood MMA (16 ELITE COACHES) in the buildup to the fight.
Castro lunges at Souza with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Souza's hand.
Souza misses with a takedown attempt
and Castro counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Castro moves into range and clinches up with Souza.
Souza misses with a punch on the inside.
Castro lands a hook that snaps the head of Souza backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Castro's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Souza fails with the takedown
and Castro counters with a straight right hand.
Fidelity Castro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronaldo Souza.
Castro lands a big right hand that sends Souza crashing to the mat! Castro stays standing though and waves Souza back to his feet!
Souza is rocked!
Castro connects with a superb combination that knocks Souza out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Castro before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Souza!
