The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dwight throws a lazy head kick
and Vandelay counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Vandelay clinches up with Dwight and pushes him back against the cage.
Vandelay will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Dwight up against the cage.
Vandelay lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Dwight can't break the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Vandelay scores with a counter punch that sends Dwight to the canvas! Vandelay smells blood - he's punishing Dwight with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Dwight has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
