Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Jackson (ranked 2383 p4p, 303 weight class) and Stanislaw Cheba (ranked 7205 p4p, 594 weight class). Stanislaw Cheba will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cheba.

The referee asks Jackson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Jackson prefers to stall for the moment though.

Cheba really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jackson is working to tighten his grip on Cheba's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Cheba has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jackson is really squeezing tight and eventually Cheba passes out! Jackson breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
