The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosades lands with a cross.
Cosades drops his hands momentarily and Northrop takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Northrop connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Cosades walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Northrop darts in looking for a takedown but Cosades gets double underhooks and turns Northrop into the cage.

Northrop lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Cosades sprawling to the canvas. Northrop follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Cosades hang on?

It looks like Caius Cosades has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A relieved looking Caius Cosades thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Russell Northrop stepped up to the mic, saying 'No fair. He tried to kiss me.'.
