The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walcott moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Grill blocks a jab.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Walcott.
Walcott misses the body punch
and Grill counters with a stiff right hand.
Grill showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Walcott.
Grill misses with a straight left.
Grill has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Walcott thows a left - swing and a miss!
Walcott connects with a single shot there.
Walcott keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Grill walks into a stiff left hand from Walcott.
Walcott throws a lazy body kick
and Grill makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walcott cracks Grill with a right hand to the side of the head.

Walcott swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Grill counters with an outside leg kick.

Walcott misses with a kick to the body
and Grill counters with a stiff right hand.
Walcott scores with a kick to the midsection.
Grill throws a good cross that connects.
Walcott looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Grill looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Walcott throws out a powerful jab.
Walcott darts in trying to clinch
and Grill counters with a right hand to the body.
Nice body kick from Walcott.
Walcott throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Grill connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Walcott is looking to land body kicks.
Grill moves forwards but Walcott connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Bob Grill has been cut.
Walcott definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Grill misses with a body shot
and Walcott counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Grill throws a leg kick that is checked
and Walcott makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Grill really felt that one!
Walcott throws a low kick but Grill avoids it.
Walcott takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Grill misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Walcott counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Walcott throws a body shot but no joy.
Walcott swings widly with a right hand
and Grill counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Joe Walcott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walcott misses with a hook. Grill ducked under it nicely.
Grill now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Grill tries to move into range but Walcott moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Grill is rocked!

Walcott takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Grill is still on wobbly legs! Can Walcott finish him?
Walcott moves in close and cracks Grill with a massive right hand! Grill, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Walcott!
