Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Draughn Diego (ranked 1660 p4p, 46 weight class) and Neil Diaz (ranked 2521 p4p, 73 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Neil Diaz was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Diego manages to avoid it.
A clash of legs there as Diego blocks the low kick.
Diego throws a counter high kick but Diaz was just alert enough to avoid it.
Diaz misses with a body shot
and Diego counters with a good low kick that Diaz was not able to check.
Diaz throws a right hand that Diego ducks under and follows up with a left that Diego also avoids with ease.
Diego lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Diego rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Diaz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Diaz throws a counter combo.
Diaz throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Diaz. Diego does a little dance to reset his feet.
Diego throws a sloppy head kick and Diaz moves out of range easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diego tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Diaz is able to avoid easily.
Diaz appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Diego creates a bit of distance and cracks Diaz with a big uppercut! Diaz goes down! The referee pushes Diego away into a neutral corner and starts the count. 4,5,6,7. Will Diaz make it up in time? He's still flopping around all over the place! The referee has called off the fight! Diego takes it!
