Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Goji Kano (ranked 4783 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hassan Van Den Berg (ranked 3413 p4p, 0 weight class). Kano has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Hassan Van Den Berg will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kano bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Van Den Berg looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Van Den Berg is trying to get back to his feet.
Kano is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Van Den Berg is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Van Den Berg is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Kano has hold of Van Den Berg's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Van Den Berg tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kano cranks the arm and Van Den Berg screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Van Den Berg, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
