The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Hart.
Hart lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Herrera really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hart. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hart connects with a nice short shot to Herrera's temple.

Hart working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Herrera seems to have recovered his senses.
Hart works his foot free and advances to mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hart looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Herrera covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
