Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tele Work (ranked 5069 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alec Kemp (ranked 4741 p4p, 210 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kemp is trying to control. Work wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Kemp passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Work!

Kemp swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Work is now in Kemp's guard. A big mistake from Kemp there, giving up the dominant position!

Work is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Work has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Kemp pushes Work off and gets back to his feet.

Tele Work has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alec Kemp.

Kemp breaks the clinch.

Work gets tackled into the cage by Kemp. Kemp maintains the clinch.
Kemp jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Work walks away with a smile on his face. Kemp gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Alec Kemp is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Kemp tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Work defends well and Kemp ends up having to push Work into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Work is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kemp can do to turn this around?

Kemp shoots in looking for a takedown. Work tries to sprawl out of it but Kemp keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Work manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kemp has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Work.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Kemp feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Work pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Work lets loose with a powerful body kick. Kemp will feel that in the morning.

Kemp shoots for a double leg takedown but Work sprawls well. He's pushed Kemp's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tele Work has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alec Kemp.

Work tries to keep at a distance but Kemp has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kemp avoids the elbow strike from Work, against the cage.

Work using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Kemp has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kemp moves into the clinch successfully.
Kemp has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Work after a bit of a struggle.

Work misses with a shot to the kidneys.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Work just misses with a elbow thrown towards Kemp's brow.
Work tries to land a knee to the head but Kemp blocks with his arms.

Kemp tightens his grip and picks Work up, before dumping him to the ground. Work manages to land in guard.

Work had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kemp defends it easily.

Kemp drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kemp jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tele Work.
I think Work has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
