Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Akio Kurosaki (ranked 534 p4p, 69 weight class) and Harry Kane (ranked 966 p4p, 123 weight class). Harry Kane is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Harry Kane!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane misses with the combination.
It looked like Kurosaki wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kurosaki moves out of range of the body kick from Kane.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Kurosaki.
Kane on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Kane tries to clinch but Kurosaki is having none of it.

Kane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kurosaki circles away quickly and effectively.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kurosaki swivels and escapes.
Kurosaki jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Kurosaki turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kane has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Kurosaki.

Kurosaki's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
