Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Araujo (ranked 2777 p4p, 273 weight class) and Chester Greenburg (ranked 20735 p4p, 533 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Thiago Araujo has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Thiago Araujo seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greenburg throws a hook but Araujo blocks it.
Greenburg swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Greenburg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Araujo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Araujo isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Greenburg stacks Araujo on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Greenburg!

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Greenburg. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Thiago Araujo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Araujo finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Greenburg's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Araujo falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
