Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Harumichi Bouya (ranked 23527 p4p, 541 weight class) and Jao Rua (ranked 1457 p4p, 175 weight class). Bouya comes to the ring accompanied by Victory. Rua has chosen Tarantula as his entrance music. Jao Rua is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bouya lands a nice shot to the body.
Bouya scores with a jab to the jaw.
Rua is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bouya.
Rua misses with a hook
and Bouya counters with a leg kick.
Bouya throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bouya throws a body punch but Rua moves out of range.
Rua throws a hook but Bouya blocks it.
Bouya goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Bouya connects with a looping right hand.
Rua blocks a head kick by Bouya.
A slapping leg kick lands for Rua.

and Bouya counters with a nice low kick that buckles Rua's knee momentarily.
Bouya throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rua avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Rua blocks a jab.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bouya.
Bouya pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bouya connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Rua fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bouya checks it well.

That kick from Rua tenderised Bouya's leg. Bouya is trying to keep his angry face on.
Rua scores with a one two! Bouya had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bouya throws out a leg kick but Rua moves out of range and Bouya only half commits.

and Rua cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Rua drops his hands momentarily and Bouya takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bouya tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rua was well out of range. Poor timing from Bouya.

Bouya avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Oh Bouya is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bouya throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Rua bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Bouya misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bouya seems to have got his legs back now.
Bouya lands with a nice body kick.
Bouya tries to land a front kick but Rua steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Rua takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Rua misses the jab.
Bouya connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Bouya throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bouya takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Harumichi Bouya is winning the standup battle so far.
Rua blocks a head kick by Bouya.
Rua misses with an uppercut.
Bouya drops his guard momentarily, allowing Rua to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Bouya! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Rua takes it!
