Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mustafa Azzi (ranked 3476 p4p, 329 weight class) and David Arming (ranked 4921 p4p, 406 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Azzi misses the target.
Arming shoots in for a takedown but Azzi shows good takedown defense.
It looked like Azzi was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Arming closes the distance looking to clinch
and Azzi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Arming thinking.
Arming misses with a takedown attempt
letting Azzi counter with a right hand.
Arming moves to clinch but Azzi breaks away
and Azzi counters with a straight right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Azzi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Arming's head backwards.

Arming closes the distance and pushes Azzi back into the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Azzi.
Azzi definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Arming wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Arming is trying to drag Azzi to the mat but Azzi just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Mustafa Azzi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Arming.
Azzi lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Azzi works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Azzi keeps control of Arming as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Azzi prevents a takedown attempt there.
Azzi is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Azzi scores with a shoulder strike.
Azzi presses Arming against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
A right hook to the body lands for Azzi.
Arming looks winded!
Azzi throws a head punch that misses.

Azzi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Arming fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Azzi scores with a shot to the body.
Azzi lands a nice looking body shot.

Oooooh!!! Azzi has knocked Arming down with a huge combo! Azzi steps away and waves a wobbly Arming back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like David Arming has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Azzi fakes the body blow, causing Arming to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Arming goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

A less than humble Mustafa Azzi misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
