Django comes to the cage accompanied by Kansas - Carry on wayward son. Rimsky Carl has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ronaldo Django's chin.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carl displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Django.
A little jabbing left from Carl on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Django misses with a hook. Carl ducked under it nicely.
Carl tries to counter with a clinch but Django shakes him off and moves away.

Django drives through and clinches with Carl against the cage.
Carl looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Carl throws a knee to the head but misses.
Carl misses with a knee strike.
Carl with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Django drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A right hook to the body lands for Carl.
Django is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Carl gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ronaldo Django. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Carl lands with a short punch from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Carl lands a body shot.
Django tries to pull guard but Carl won't allow it.

Carl pushes Django back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.


Django is rocked!
Carl throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Django blocks it with crossed arms.
Still in the clinch, Carl scores with a nice short uppercut.
Carl lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Oh Django is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Django is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
With the fighters up against the cage, Carl throws an elbow but misses.
Django seems to have got his legs back now.
Carl using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Django has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Carl just misses with a elbow thrown towards Django's brow.
Carl lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Carl.
Django blocks an elbow strike from Carl.

Django wants a takedown but no success here.
Carl blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
A left hand lands to the body for Carl.
Carl throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Carl scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Carl lands a right hand that snaps the head of Django backwards.
Carl lands with a left to the head.
Carl throws a big uppercut that drops Django! More strikes from Carl and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Django lies dazed against the cage as Carl celebrates with his cornermen!
