Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bob Barker (ranked 3319 p4p, 314 weight class) and Jason Behar (ranked 2098 p4p, 226 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Behar has Barker up against the cage in a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Behar scores with a nice short uppercut.
Nice body punch from Behar.
Behar misses with a hook to the ribs.
Barker goes for a takedown attempt but Behar pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Behar lands with a nice body punch.
A telegraphed right hand from Behar misses the target.
Barker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Horrible takedown attempt by Barker or perhaps it was just good defense by Behar, which made it look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barker moves away from the strike by Behar.
Behar connects with a jab.
Barker throws a head kick that misses.

Barker closes the distance and clinches.

Behar works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Barker's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Barker tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Behar just stands there and leans against the cage.

Behar lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Behar will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Barker up against the cage.

Behar pushes Barker against the cage. Behar is working some dirty boxing. Behar pushes off with a quick right hook! Barker goes down! Barker tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Behar moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

A determined Jason Behar didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
