Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bessarion Alexius (ranked 2767 p4p, 347 weight class) and Ryu Aokison (ranked 1374 p4p, 194 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexius lands with a slapping head kick.
Alexius throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Aokison tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Alexius is in Aokison's guard.
Alexius postures up in Aokison's guard and throws a big left but Aokison blocks it.
Alexius controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Alexius is sitting in close to Aokison's body. Aokison has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Alexius is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Alexius is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Aokison.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Ryu Aokison!
