Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Tim Harris!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Heller Cabrera!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harris closes the distance and clinches.
Cabrera scores with a shoulder strike.
Cabrera lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Harris blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Cabrera fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Cabrera tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Harris's elbow.

Harris tries to work over Cabrera's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Harris jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Cabrera walks away with a smile on his face. Harris gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Harris drops down looking for a counter takedown but Cabrera sprawls and moves away.
Cabrera displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Harris.
Cabrera leaves Harris with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Cabrera fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Harris is out of range.
The fighters circling - Cabrera throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Harris throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Cabrera counter with a right hand.
Harris tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cabrera sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Harris somewhat.

Cabrera buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Harris shoots in and bounces Cabrera off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The crowd cheers as Cabrera lands an impressive looking overhand right. Harris doesn't seem phased though.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Harris drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cabrera pulls his leg out and moves away.

Harris takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nice takedown defense from Cabrera. No joy for Harris on that attempt.

No joy there for Cabrera, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Harris throws a sloppy head kick and Cabrera moves out of range easily.
A little jabbing left from Cabrera on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Heller Cabrera seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Cabrera jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cabrera digs a good hook to Harris's body.
Cabrera blocks a low kick nicely.
Harris moves out of range of the strikes.
Cabrera clobbers Harris with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Cabrera circles away from the clinch attempt.
Harris tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Cabrera manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Harris stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cabrera.

Cabrera misses with a body shot.
Cabrera jabs Harris to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Cabrera stuffs the takedown.
Harris takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Harris fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Cabrera throws a push kick but Harris slaps the foot to one side.

Cabrera lands a left and a right that send Harris crashing to the mat, dazed. Cabrera thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Oh Harris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cabrera scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Harris doesn't seem bothered though.
Cabrera connects with a solid leg kick.
Cabrera cracks Harris with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Harris falls to his knees and Cabrera doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Heller Cabrera! Heller Cabrera retains his featherweight title!
Heller Cabrera decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
