Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Finnish Experiment (ranked 587 p4p, 516 weight class) and Vasily Grossman (ranked 80 p4p, 72 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Experiment swings widly with a right hand
and Grossman counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Experiment misses with a leg kick
and Grossman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Grossman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little feinted left hand from Experiment on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Grossman throws a shot from downtown. Experiment moves away and avoids it.
Experiment looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Experiment fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Grossman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Grossman walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Experiment tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Grossman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Grossman looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Grossman on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Experiment avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Experiment lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Experiment throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Experiment explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Experiment glances at the clock... BAM! Grossman nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Experiment crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Experiment is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Vasily Grossman very nearly forgot to thank Ma Balls Is Hot Clothing amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
