Payton lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like John Lesnar has been cut.
Lesnar misses with the combination.
Lesnar shoots in looking for a takedown but Payton manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lesnar's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A decent looking cross lands there for Payton.
Lesnar drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Lesnar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Payton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Payton is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lesnar scores with a couple of nice shots.

Payton cracks Lesnar with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Payton lands a big uppercut and Lesnar crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Lesnar looks OK. Payton waves Lesnar back to his feet!
Lesnar is rocked!
Lesnar is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Payton doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Lesnar crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Lesnar's bad books for that mishap!
