Knox dips to his left and cracks Out with an uppercut!

It looks like Knock Out has been cut.
Knox moves into range and connects with a jab.
Out throws a big shot that misses.
Knox looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Knox uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Out.
Knox cracks Out with a right hand to the side of the head.

and Out is countered with a crisp right hand from Knox that sends him to the canvas! Knox follows him to the mat into side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Knox just content to control the position.

Out cracks Knox with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Out has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Knox to stand back up!
Knox tries to get into range but Out steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Knox! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Out scores the big KO victory!
