James takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Tyson James has been cut.
Niska connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
James fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Niska sprawls well initially but James persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Niska manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. James keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Our sources have told us that Niska has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Niska lands an elbow just above James 's eye.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Niska.
Niska breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
James looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
James looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Niska lands a left and a right that send James crashing to the mat, dazed. Niska thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
That has opened up Tyson James's cut even more.

and Niska counters with a series of strikes. James will be more careful next time no doubt.

It looked like Niska wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
James takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

James tries for a takedown but Niska sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
James seems to have recovered his senses.

Niska cracks James with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Niska has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning James to stand back up!

James fails to land the takedown.
Niska lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks James out cold! James is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!

In his post fight interview, Juha Niska started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, Tyson James stepped up to the mic, saying 'When I am defeated, I stay humble. I was defeated by the better man today. I wish Fray the best in his future title defenses. I will return to the top and get that belt! '.
