Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert Drummond (ranked 575 p4p, 1185 weight class) and Ryu Aokison (ranked 85 p4p, 174 weight class). Aokison has chosen Caroline as his entrance music. Ryu Aokison has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Robert Drummond 's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Robert Drummond !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryu Aokison!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.

Drummond fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Aokison looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Drummond goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Aokison gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Drummond .
Aokison waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Drummond .
Drummond throws a right and a left that both miss.
Aokison with the counter takedown but Drummond avoids it easily.
A cross from Aokison lands.
Drummond with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Donk. Drummond catches Aokison right on the button with a cross.
Nice body punch from Aokison.
Drummond has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight.
Aokison throws a jab but it's blocked by Drummond .
Drummond paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Ryu Aokison has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A slapping leg kick lands for Drummond .
Aokison lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Drummond gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Aokison postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Aokison pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Drummond is keeping the position for now.
Aokison stands up over Drummond , holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Aokison looking to sit in guard and control but Drummond gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Drummond is looking to work some ground and pound but Aokison has wrist control.

Aokison looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Drummond throws a big elbow that misses.
Drummond postures up.
Drummond chips away with some ground and pound.
Drummond trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Drummond lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Drummond has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Aokison to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Drummond is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Aokison pulls down on the head and he's put Drummond to sleep! This one is all over!
