Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 15 - 4, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Adams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Benjamin Kueller!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.

Kueller on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Adams steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kueller.

Adams rushes Kueller and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Kueller told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Kueller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Adams has him pressed against the ropes.

Kueller breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Adams walks into a left hand.

It looks like James Adams has been cut.
Kueller fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kueller keeps the fight on the outside.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kueller throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Adams blocks it with crossed arms.
Adams tries to circle away but Kueller has him pinned against the ropes.
Kueller lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Adams avoids the elbow strike from Kueller, against the ropes.
Adams keeps control of Kueller as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Kueller misses with a punch to the body.
Kueller tries to stall but Adams uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Kueller tries to land knees in the clinch but Adams avoids the damage to the body.

Kueller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A clash of legs there as Adams blocks the low kick.
Kueller sizes up Adams with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Adams takes a swing at Kueller's ribcage but misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kueller.
James Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Adams tries to bum rush Kueller with a series of wild strikes but Kueller uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kueller looks to land a left hand but Adams moved out of range nicely.
Adams is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Adams wants to clinch up but Kueller keeps it at a distance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kueller fails to land with a series of punches.
Adams throws a body shot but no joy.
Kueller throws a right and a left that Adams avoids nicely.
Kueller throws a solid leg kick but Adams takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kueller.
Kueller jabs Adams to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Kueller has managed to clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kueller misses with an attempted mid kick.

Adams clips Kueller with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Kueller a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.

It looks like Benjamin Kueller has been cut.
Kueller avoids the body shot from Adams.

Adams has taken the fight to the clinch.

Adams pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

James Adams should take that round, based on the knockdown.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Kueller tries to clinch there but Adams circles away.
Adams listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Kueller misses with an uppercut. Adams saw that one coming.
Benjamin Kueller seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Adams lands a really nice looking cross but Kueller seems unphased.
Kueller throws a right and a left that Adams avoids nicely.
Adams is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Adams shuts the power down on Kueller. Lights out, game over! Adams is your winner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). James Adams!
