Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tooh Kwoma (ranked 1950 p4p, 2246 weight class) and Ernie Tertelgte (ranked 237 p4p, 277 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

Tertelgte throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kwoma.
Kwoma connects with a good right hand that stumbles Tertelgte. Tertelgte circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Tertelgte on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Tertelgte has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kwoma fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Tertelgte is out of range.
The fighters circling - Tertelgte throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Kwoma feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tertelgtes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Kwoma takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

and Kwoma counters with a nice uppercut.

Ernie Tertelgte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kwoma takes a swing at Tertelgte's ribcage but misses.
Kwoma takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Tertelgte dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kwoma. That did some damage!

We've been hearing reports that Kwoma has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Horrible takedown attempt by Kwoma or perhaps it was just good defense by Tertelgte, which made it look bad.

Tertelgte tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kwoma was well out of range. Poor timing from Tertelgte.

Ernie Tertelgte is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tertelgte and Kwoma are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Tertelgte throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Kwoma into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Tertelgte knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
