Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Willie Wood!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Stone!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
A big right from Wood misses.
Stone tries to clinch but Wood moves out of range.
Stone moves in looking to clinch but Wood pushes him off.
Wood swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Stone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stone tries to clinch up but Wood circles away and keeps his distance.
Wood looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looked like Wood wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

The fight stays on the outside here - Stone looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Stone fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wood, pushing him back against the cage.
Stone misses with a body punch.
Wood can't find room to land a body shot as Stone controls the action.

Wood with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Wood manages to break the clinch.

and Wood counters with an inside leg kick.
Stone has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

A low kick from Stone is predictable there
and Wood finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Stone crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Wood - the referee stops the clock and Stone gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Wood. Stone manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Some bone on bone action there as Wood checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

and Stone counters with a stiff right hand.

Wood dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Stone scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Wood throws an overhand right that lands on Stone's shoulder, as Stone tries to avoid the shot.
Stone now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Stone throws a hook but Wood blocks it.
Stone looks to score with a jab to the body but Wood is just out of range.
An attempted straight right counter from Wood misses the target.
Stone misses with a lunging right hand
and Wood counters with a stiff right hand.
Wood really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Wood throws a lazy uppercut
and Stone connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wood misses with a hook to the body
and Stone counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Stone drives through and clinches with Wood against the cage.
Stone lands a right hand that snaps the head of Wood backwards.
Stone lands a right hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wood tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Wood misses with a hook to the ribs.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wood swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Stone misses with a short punch on the inside.
Stone misses with a hook to the ribs.

Wood goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Stone throws a head punch that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jack Stone will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Stone let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Stone sends Wood crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Stone is motioning to the referee to let Wood up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Wood is rocked!

Stone forces Wood back against the cage and clinches.
Oh Wood is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wood misses with some punches.
Stone scores with a shoulder strike.
A right handed body shot lands from Stone.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Stone creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Stone creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Wood with a big uppercut! Wood tries to clinch up but Stone pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Wood to the mat! Wood covers up and Stone unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jack Stone!
An out of breath Jack Stone thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
