Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Caio Victor (ranked 1949 p4p, 2338 weight class) and Tim Davis (ranked 213 p4p, 252 weight class). Tim Davis will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Victor gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Davis counters with a stiff right hand.
Davis blocks a head kick by Victor.
Victor with a lazy takedown attempt
and Davis counters with a nice uppercut.
Victor with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Davis to score with a decent uppercut.
Victor misses with a double jab
and Davis connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Victor has been working on his balance at Prosper Training, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Davis.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Victor counters with a shoot takedown. Davis fights it but they end up in guard.
Davis is looking to stand back up but Victor counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Davis.

Victor is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Davis is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
