Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Murzol Gro Ulfimph (ranked 970 p4p, 2345 weight class) and Marcus Aurelius (ranked 54 p4p, 145 weight class). Gro Ulfimph's entrance music is Hired Gun. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Aurelius moves into the clinch.
Aurelius goes for a takedown in the clinch but Gro Ulfimph prevents it.

Aurelius tightens his grip and picks Gro Ulfimph up, before dumping him to the ground. Gro Ulfimph manages to land in guard.

Aurelius has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Gro Ulfimph after a bit of a struggle.

Gro Ulfimph is pressed up against the cage. Aurelius has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Gro Ulfimph down to the mat. Gro Ulfimph avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Aurelius throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gro Ulfimph was covering up waiting for the punch and Aurelius finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Gro Ulfimph working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Aurelius doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Aurelius manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round but I would say that Murzol Gro Ulfimph will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

It looked like Gro Ulfimph was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Aurelius.

Aurelius is trying to trip Gro Ulfimph. He has hold of a leg but Gro Ulfimph is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Aurelius persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Gro Ulfimph is looking to cinch up a triangle. Aurelius throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gro Ulfimph's body to avoid the submission. Gro Ulfimph has instead reached around Aurelius's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gro Ulfimph arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

After winning the bout, Murzol Gro Ulfimph thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
