The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hell is defended easily by Priest.
Hell fails with the takedown.
Hell tries to keep at a distance but Priest has taken the fight into the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hell drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hell jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Priest is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hell defends well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Hell controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Hell has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Priest to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hell is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Priest pulls down on the head and he's put Hell to sleep! This one is all over!
