Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Motts (ranked 550 p4p, 971 weight class) and Don Piano (ranked 75 p4p, 116 weight class). Piano is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: AC/DC - Night Prowler. Gregory Motts has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gregory Motts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Don Piano!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and Dean Styles.

Motts throws a hook but Piano avoids it easily.
Piano has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Sloppy strikes from Piano. Those never looked like landing.
Motts slips under a jab.
Don Piano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Motts ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Piano pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A quick step to the side and Motts tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Piano tries to land a body kick
and Motts counters with a right hand to the body.
Motts misses with a straight left.
Piano gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Motts counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Piano thinking.
Motts lands a head shot.
Motts throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Piano sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A nice side step and Piano releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Motts misses the jab.
Piano bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Nice uppercut there from Motts.
Motts has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Fight Factory in the buildup to the fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A jab lands there for Piano.
Piano moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Piano cracks Motts with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Piano will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Piano cracks Motts with a good jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice defenses there by Motts.
Motts takes a swing at Piano's ribcage but misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Piano! But no joy.
Piano throws the left hand but Motts avoids the punch easily.
Piano looks to score with a jab to the body but Motts is just out of range.
As Piano tries to get set, Motts tries to push him back and clinch up but Piano manages to avoid the attempt.
Piano lets loose with a powerful body kick. Motts will feel that in the morning.
Motts takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Piano scores with a nice right hand.
Motts jabs at Piano's body.
Motts scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Piano throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Piano throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Motts counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Motts throws a body punch but Piano moves out of range.
Piano tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Motts bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Motts tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Piano was well out of range. Poor timing from Motts.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Motts sends Piano crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Motts is motioning to the referee to let Piano up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Piano is rocked!
Piano glances at the clock... BAM! Motts nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Piano crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Piano is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gregory Motts!
A victorious Gregory Motts thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
Don Piano spoke after the fight, saying 'Oh long John Why I eyes ya? '.
