Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mew Choo (ranked 1119 p4p, 1943 weight class) and Danny Wyadd (ranked 175 p4p, 282 weight class). Danny Wyadd has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mew Choo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Danny Wyadd!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.

Choo gets tackled into the cage by Wyadd. Wyadd maintains the clinch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Choo creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Wyadd is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Choo still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Choo has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

We've been hearing good reports from Choo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
