Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil Coleman (ranked 789 p4p, 316 weight class) and Dom Severini (ranked 114 p4p, 51 weight class). Dom Severini has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Phil Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dom Severini!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.

Severini throws a hook to the side of Coleman's head but Coleman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Coleman appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Coleman turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Coleman manages to end up in side control.

Severini felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Severini parries the strikes from Coleman easily there. Coleman is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Severini to escape.
