Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luke Neil (ranked 283 p4p, 481 weight class) and Marc Anthony (ranked 44 p4p, 73 weight class). Luke Neil had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luke Neil!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marc Anthony!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and George Francis.

Anthony takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Anthony throws a low kick but Neil avoids it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Anthony enables Neil to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Anthony manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Neil looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Anthony is fending him off so far but Neil persists. Nope, Anthony circles away and we're back to standing.

Anthony throws a hook to the side of Neil's head but Neil sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Neil appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Anthony fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Neil manages to avoid it.
Neil fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Anthony sprawls well initially but Neil persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Neil looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Anthony with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Anthony pushes Neil off looking to stand but Neil dives back in and keeps control.
Luke Neil overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Neil lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Oh Neil is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Anthony connects with a stiff jab that staggers Neil - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
