Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vernon Wells (ranked 1136 p4p, 3940 weight class) and Cayden Abner (ranked 160 p4p, 449 weight class). Abner has chosen Bulls On Parade as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cayden Abner!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.

Wells throws a low kick but Abner avoids it.
Wells looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Wells has managed to clinch.
Wells goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Abner presses Wells against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Wells gets through Abner's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Abner throws a punch but it's blocked by Wells.
Abner tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Wells's elbow.
Wells lands an elbow inside.

It looks like Cayden Abner has been cut.

Abner lands a left hand that snaps the head of Wells backwards.

Wells gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
The referee is keeping an eye on Abner - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Abner creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Abner has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Abner counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Abner uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wells.

Abner uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wells has time to react.

A little jabbing left from Abner on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Wells loads up on a big right hand but Abner slips the punch.

Wells buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Abner lands with a kick to the ribs.

Abner doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

Wells forces Abner back against the cage and clinches.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wells blocking some punches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Abner goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Wells tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Wells swings wildly with an uppercut but Abner uses good head movement to avoid it.

Abner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wells has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wells there as he acknowledges the shot.
Wells throws the left hand but Abner avoids the punch easily.
Abner needs to keep his hands up - Wells had a free shot at his head there.
Wells moves in looking to clinch but Abner pushes him off.
Wells wants to clinch but Abner slips to the side
and Abner counters with a stiff right hand.

Wells rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Abner counters with a left to the body.
Oh Wells is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Abner misses with a wild body shot.
Wells seems to have got his legs back now.
A nice leg kick from Abner, right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Abner's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wells connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Abner scrambles back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Cayden Abner will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Abner drops Wells with a big left hand! Wells is injured, injured bad! Abner jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cayden Abner!
Our winner, Cayden Abner, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
Vernon Wells spoke after the fight, saying 'Back to the gym!'.
