Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Randy Miller (ranked 3591 p4p, 18328 weight class) and Brian Baker (ranked 391 p4p, 611 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 14 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brian Baker!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miller pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Baker throws out a counter right but Miller avoids it with no problem.
Miller looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Some wild striking there from Miller.
Miller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Baker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Baker moves into the clinch.
Baker goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Miller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Baker has him pressed against the ropes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baker prevents Miller from breaking the clinch.
Miller lands a knee to the body.

Miller manages to break the clinch.

Baker uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Miller.
Miller definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Baker lands with an uppercut that bounces Miller off the ropes and back into range.

Baker looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Miller tries to clinch but Baker is having none of it.

Miller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Miller is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Baker is keeping busy.

Miller pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Baker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Miller misses with a low kick.

Miller moves into the clinch successfully.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Miller is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Miller is looking to land body kicks.

Baker takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Baker scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Baker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Miller.
Miller feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Miller darts in trying to clinch
and Baker cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Baker takes a swing at Miller's ribcage but misses.

Miller closes the distance and clinches.

A nice side step and Baker releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

As Miller backs off Baker throws a huge counter combo but Miller manages to avoid it all.

Miller slips under a jab.
Miller stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Baker.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Brian Baker will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Miller moves in looking to clinch but Baker pushes him off.

Miller drives through and clinches with Baker against the ropes.
The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.
Brian Baker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Baker goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Miller wants to get back to striking at distance but Baker won't allow it.
Miller is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Baker is defending well for now.

and Baker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Randy Miller has been cut.
Baker feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Miller collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
