Nice defenses there by Vass.

Vass instigates a clinch.
Kiloe tries to break the clinch but Vass is controlling the position.
Vass tries to work over Kiloe's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

We've been hearing reports that Vass has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Vass wants the takedown. Kiloe is fighting it off but Vass persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kiloe's guard against the cage.

Kiloe is trying to control the position but Vass postures up.
Vass is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Vass has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Vass takes a little break here. Kiloe wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Vass is trying to ground and pound but Kiloe uses the momentary lack of control by Vass to regain half guard.
Vass working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Vass is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Kiloe reverses the position - he's now on top in Vass's guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Vass controls Kiloe momentarily but Kiloe frees himself.
Vass wants to sweep but no luck.
Vass can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kiloe controls the pace.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Vass is rocked!
Kiloe fakes the body blow, causing Vass to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Vass goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
