Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mbaku Camara (ranked 552 p4p, 383 weight class) and Island Fighter (ranked 70 p4p, 50 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Island Fighter!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Camara tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fighter just stands there and leans against the cage.

Camara manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Fighter has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Camara is proving hard to escape from.

Camara looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Camara will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Fighter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Camara has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fighter has managed to get both his arms back between Camara's legs - danger averted.

Camara had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fighter defends it easily.
Camara definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Camara is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Fighter has his hands clasped together but Camara extends and breaks Fighter's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Camara.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mbaku Camara!
Mbaku Camara bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
