Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Son Goku (ranked 5771 p4p, 5565 weight class) and Diego Almanza (ranked 533 p4p, 528 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Goku might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Makafushigi Adventure. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diego Almanza!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

Goku closes the distance and clinches up with Almanza, looking for a takedown. Goku pushes Almanza against the cage but Almanza circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Goku looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Goku is trying hard to land a takedown here. Almanza sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Goku dives in and grabs Almanza's left leg, looking for a takedown. Almanza pushes down on Goku's head and hops out.

A nice side step and Almanza releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Goku goes for a double leg but Almanza avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Almanza continues to drive forward.

Almanza cracks Goku with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Almanza has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Goku to stand back up!
Goku is rocked!
It looks like Son Goku has been cut.
Almanza circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Goku tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Almanza wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Diego Almanza!
Our winner, Diego Almanza, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
Son Goku spoke after the fight, saying 'I can't believe it, I thought I had trained very hard in the other world, but I was wrong. I didn't think there was anyone who had the same strength as me.'.
