The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johns keeps the fight on the outside.
Johns changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
A head kick misses from Williams.
It looked like Johns was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Williams instigates a clinch.
Johns blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Williams wants to break free but Johns has control.

Williams is fighting off a takedown attempt but Johns is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Williams to the mat. Williams regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
