Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannibal Barca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silver comes to the cage accompanied by Blooddrunk. Barca has chosen AC/DC: Hell's Bells as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like John Silver has been cut.
Silver tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barca swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Barca throws an overhand right that lands on Silver's shoulder, as Silver tries to avoid the shot.
Barca misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Silver.
Silver wants to clinch.
Silver lands a head shot.
No joy there for Barca, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Barca throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Barca throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Silver lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Barca throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Barca tries to bum rush Silver with a series of wild strikes but Silver uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Good leg kick by Silver there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Silver feints and then cracks Barca's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Barca down.
Barca looks gassed!
Barca swings for the body but Silver moves out of range.
Silver avoids a punch combination nicely.

Silver has managed to clinch.
Barca wants to break the clinch but can't.
Silver connects with a nasty looking knee right to Barca's face.

It looks like Hannibal Barca has been cut.
Silver pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Silver lands a big knee! That's hurt Barca! Oh, he's all over the place! Silver lands another knee that sends Barca to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
