Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savart misses with a hook. sir ducked under it nicely.
Savart jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Savart looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
sir avoids a kick to the body.
Savart throws a body punch but sir moves out of range.
Savart connects with a high kick.
It looks like jake sir has been cut.
Savart throws a lazy right hand but sir sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

sir keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Savart's efforts to push away.

Savart fakes high and swings low for a body shot but sir manages to avoid it.

Savart tries to move into range but sir moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Savart avoids the body shot from sir.

sir shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Savart sprawls well. Savart wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. sir gets slowly back to his feet.
Savart lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as sir backs up against the cage.
Savart throws a push kick but sir slaps the foot to one side.
Savart misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
sir blocks the body kick.
sir thows a body shot but no joy.
sir misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Savart.
sir avoids the head kick by Savart.
sir closes the distance and pushes Savart back into the cage.
Savart wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Savart breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Biot Savart is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
sir throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Biot Savart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Savart misses with a straight left.

and sir counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by sir.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Savart wants to get back to his feet but sir is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Savart can do anything to dispel that myth.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Savart pushes sir off and gets back to his feet.
Savart scores with a push kick.
sir takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Savart swinging wilding here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A combination from Savart does no damage.
sir takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on jake sir's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
sir takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
sir takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Savart throws a right and a left that both miss.
Savart rushes sir with punches - sir moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, sir goes down! Savart follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Biot Savart!
