Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hakuin Ekaku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Colmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and Colmen counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ekaku thinking.

Jay Colmen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Colmen throws a good cross that connects.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ekaku is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Colmen still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Colmen has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Colmen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Ekaku takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
